Cancellation & payment terms
We understand that plans can change. Here is what to expect if you need to cancel:
- Your deposit: A $425 retreat deposit per person is nonrefundable with either payment option.
- Before November 1: Email Rebekah to cancel. Any retreat payments above the deposit, along with tax paid, will be refunded. Any scheduled final payment will be canceled.
- From November 1: Payments are nonrefundable, subject to applicable tax adjustments.
- If we cancel: You will receive a full refund.

PRIVATE REIKI SESSION · $100
An hour devoted
entirely to you.
Allow yourself to settle into a deeply restorative 60-minute private Reiki session.
Through gentle energy work and intentional stillness, this personalized experience creates space to relax, recenter, and reconnect with yourself.
With your preferences as our guide, your session may also incorporate crystals, gentle aromatherapy, and tuning forks placed on the body, inviting you to feel their gentle vibrations.

Only three private sessions are available during the November retreat.
PERSONALIZED YOGA NIDRA EXPERIENCE · $150
A practice created
uniquely for you.
Your experience begins with a private virtual conversation, where we’ll explore your intentions, what you’re navigating in life, and what you’re ready to welcome, release, or reconnect with.
Drawing from this conversation, Rebekah will create a personalized Yoga Nidra meditation designed around your individual journey.
Your experience also includes a thoughtfully selected herbal tea and crystal, chosen to complement the intentions and themes of your meditation.
Following the retreat, you’ll receive your own personalized guided Yoga Nidra recording—a practice to revisit whenever you wish to restore, recenter, and remember.

- A customized, professionally recorded Yoga Nidra meditation.
- A thoughtfully selected herbal tea and crystal corresponding to your personal intentions.
- Your personalized recording delivered after the retreat.

Choose your optional experiences above when reserving your retreat, or add them later using the link on your booking confirmation page. Optional experiences are paid in full when purchased, are not taxed, and are refundable for cancellation requests received by October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. From November 1, they are nonrefundable. If Coast & Crow cancels the retreat, you receive a full refund.
